Job Description:

Job Brief

This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition, with the opportunity for a full-time role.

Employment Type: Full time, Onsite

Location: Johar Town G4, Lahore

Timings: 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media platforms, and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the technical recruitment team in identifying talent for local and international hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule screening calls.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and next steps.
  • Assist in preparing job postings and sharing them across recruitment platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong  time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
