Timings: 12:00PM - 9:00PM
Location: Johar town G4, Lahore
Responsibilities
- Proactively create and manage internal timelines for upcoming conferences, demo days, pitches and others, ensuring that all materials and logistics are ready ahead of deadlines.
- Collaborate with sales and cross functional teams to prepare tailored presentations, pitches, and proposals.
- Anticipate needs and coordinate resources (content, design, approvals, logistics) required for successful client events and performances.
- Develop marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, one-pagers, decks) aligned with company branding and client needs.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, demo days, and client events, from preparation to on-site coordination.
- Manage project priorities, balancing internal workflows with external client requirements.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email outreach) to promote company offerings and industry events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct light desk research to stay updated on consumer trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Track and report on marketing activities, campaign results, and event ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or event/project management (experience in research, consulting, or insights industry is a plus).
- Strong skills in preparing client-facing materials (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation tools).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to proactively plan timelines and ensure readiness for key events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, or event management software is a plus.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure to meet client timelines
